Shelly received her Bachelor of Music Education from Georgia State University, holds a certificate in Executive Fundraising from the Indiana University Lily School of Philanthropy, and a Master of Business Administration with a finance concentration from Benedictine University.
She and her partner live in Camden with their dog Eliot, and three cats, Laney Poo, Booty & Sarge.
She enjoys volunteering in the community, playing golf, is an avid fisher(wo)man, and kayaker, and tries to take advantage of everything that Maine has to offer all year long,
